Includes monthly checklists keep you on track & helpful information sheets with our tips and suggestions. Leave comments/notes for yourself or questions for us when you need guidance
  • First meeting up to 3 months before
  • Venue walk-through and follow-up meeting
  • Final meeting around 3-4 weeks before wedding, finalizing details.
  • Contact vendors, verify & confirm services according to contracts & establish point of contact  – about 2 weeks before wedding.
  • Create master wedding day timeline plus concise timeline for your wedding party & family members
  • Manage rehearsal, coordinating with your wedding officiant
  • Email and phone support
  • Decor, Set up & Styling:

    Complimentary decor for your guest book/gift tables and all display tables and styling of these areas. (We can use our items, yours, or a combination) You can also use any of our signs and easels.

    Assistant to help with set up, ceremony coordination or other needs

    Day-of Wedding Management Services:

    • 12-13 hours of wedding management
    • End of night pack up assistance (ask us for details)
    • Meeting, directing & managing vendors
    • Handling or overseeing all behind-the-scenes details & tasks
    • Overseeing set-up by staff & volunteers to make sure everything is arranged according to your specifications
    • Attending to bride & her needs
  • Making sure day flows naturally while following timeline
  • Distributing personal flowers
  • Coordinating first look
  • Cueing the musicians & entrance of wedding party
  • Coordinating with DJ and directing flow of reception
  • Distributing final payments to officiant and vendors
  • Wedding day emergency kit on site and ready to use
  • $1050 based on weddings up to 160 guests. Ask us about larger or smaller weddings.

    Free Choice of Centerpiece Items  + 200 (120-160 guests)

    Free choice of ANY of our centerpiece items for regular guest tables, sweetheart table and head table! Also includes your choice of our premium table runners for all your guest tables. We will set up, style and make everything beautiful! Create a lovely grouping from our growing inventory of items in all styles  including rustic, elegant, vintage and contemporary. Our items include lanterns, vases, LED candles, mercury glass, long stemmed candle holders, vintage items and so much more! We also have elegant specialty items for your head or sweetheart table such as candelabras & candlesticks that make a huge statement! We can add your floral stems or greenery too. Save money & time while making your wedding reception gorgeous!  (Price may vary based on size of wedding)
