Pre Wedding Management Services:
● Free initial consultation (Reserve your day early & receive our custom designed planning binder )
● Detail meeting around 2-3 months before
● Venue walk-through and follow-up meeting
● Final meeting around 3-4 weeks before wedding, finalizing details.
● Contact vendors, verify & confirm services according to contracts & establish point of contact – about 2 weeks before wedding.
● Create master wedding day timeline.
● Review itineraries or distribute timeline to main vendors
● Unlimited email and phone support for final 2 months
● Manage rehearsal, coordinating with officiant
Wedding Day Coordination Services:
● 10 hours of wedding day coordination
● Meeting, directing & managing vendors
● Handling or overseeing all behind-the-scenes details & tasks
● Assistance with light set-up (guest book, favors, etc.)
● Overseeing set-up by staff & volunteers to make sure everything is arranged
according to your specifications
● Attending to bride & her needs
● Making sure day flows naturally while following timeline
● Distributing personal flowers
● Cueing the entrance of wedding party, bride
● Directing guests to reception
● Coordinating flow of reception
● Making introductions & announcements at reception if needed
● Distributing final payments to officiant and vendors
● Wedding day emergency kit on site and ready to use

Starting Price: $675
Assistant (An assistant to set up your centerpieces, set the tables, place your décor, and lend an extra hand in many different functions throughout the day.) Can also help with clean-up at the end of the evening. A necessary add-on if your ceremony & reception are in different locations or for weddings over 150 guests. + $125 for most weddings
Upgrade to a full day of wedding management – usually 12 to 13 hours. + $75
Free choice of any of our fabulous centerpiece items! + $100 (Priced based on weddings under 200 guests)
Basic Decor (Pick & choose items you need for guest book/gift/display tables + $25
